Office Hours Office: 9am to 6:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with evening hours depending on physician availability. No pre appointments. Must call day you need to be seen. Special pediatric clinics 9am-12pm, Wednesday.

Purpose: To assist the medically needy residents of Upper Pinellas County. Serving the uninsured population who truly cannot afford medical insurance and do not qualify for government assisted programs, such as Social Service Clinic Cards, Medicaid, or Medicare. Physician appointments may include EKGs, lab tests, x-rays, nutritional counseling, and referrals to specialists, as determined by volunteer Clinic physician. No birth control or prenatal care provided. However, condoms are available.

Fees: No charge, but donations are requested. New patients must bring proof of U.S. citizenship, proof of residency of upper Pinellas County and a photo ID at the time of appointment.
